Let me ask you a question, but I am not really sure if you will answer it though. Even if you wouldn’t then why are you still reading this if you are not interested in my question, right? So this is my one million dollar question, “Why do we ask questions?”. If you have answer in mind, you can comment it down below. If you aren’t that ready to reveal your answer to this whole community, you can just message me in the very last part of this page. Well anyways done with such things. Let’s proceed on answering the question stated above.
Why in the world we need to ask question anyway? Does that will benefit us so much, if we knew the answers to our questions? So now we are questioning the question, ey? So to continue this be informed that questioning questions are okay. Making sure if the answer is valid is to validate it, right? There is no harm in asking but of course anything too much is not good. People tend to be annoyed in questions that are repeatedly being asked. So let’s start the thing that we should have started a little much earlier so here we go.
“Why do we ask questions?” I will give you 3 major points that I see on why we really ask questions. Asking question is the same on looking the answer. SEARCH. We ask because there is something we want to search or to find. For example, “Mom! Where is my shirt? I just put it here earlier.” You literally finding the shirt and at the same asking your mom where the shirt is. Look at the picture (scene), you ask because you don’t know where it is and you want to know if your mother knows where your shirt is. You are wondering where that shirt is. VALIDATE. “Mom I really put it her earlier right? Did you saw it?” You ask for some validation because you are confused about it. You are confused and not sure about the answer you have in mind. CURIOUS. Well this is may be not always the reason why we ask but it is frequently the main cause. So we people are in nature of being “chismosa” or gossipers like if we saw something that interest us we have already this urge to ask a thing or two about it. The world shouts unending questions so just comprise I guess? :)
There you go. Sorry if I just wasted your time reading this entry of mine but yeah still thank you for finishing it. Did you understand more why we do we ask questions? If yes, how? If no, why?
